Interculturally Competent ・Collaborative ・Proactive Advisor

I am currently a second-year graduate candidate at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies studying International Education Management. My previous two years as an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan fostered my love for learning about the cultures, languages, and education systems in other countries. Currently, I am focused on holistic advising practices, DEI-focused work, and creating an avenue for this generation of students to become global citizens. I am now in the start of my professional career in higher education at Emory University as an International Academic Advisor working with F-1 students.
